Ninja fitness classes give kids an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja. Children are introduced to a variety of obstacles and an interactive learning program. Your child will have a blast while learning fitness and life skills.
USA Ninja Challenge Ocoee is now an approved provider through Florida’s STEP UP Program! Families using FES-UA, PEP, or Homeschooling scholarships can apply their funds toward Ninja Classes.

USA Ninja Challenge has established a dress code to ensure the safety of students and coaches. Students must dress appropriately for activities.
✔️ Short sleeve T-shirt or tank top
✔️ Shorts
✔️ Long hair tied up with hair ties, scrunchies, or clips (No bobby pins)
❌ Jewelry & Accessories: Necklaces, dangling earrings, bracelets, belts, watches, Fitbits (These can get caught on clothing, equipment, or others, leading to injury.)
❌ Long Sleeves: May get caught or hinder a coach from spotting
❌ Pants: Can get caught or pulled down easily
❌ Loose Clothing: Hoodies, sweatshirts, dresses (These may cause injury if caught on equipment or interfere with spotting.)
❌ Gloves, Grips, or Handwear: Dangerous when used on gripped obstacles
